Submitting a registration, contact or newsletter form does not create a charge, reserve a paid place or require a refund. Never enter bank-card or payment credentials in these forms.
Before a paid enrolment
If AMRANY ACADEMY offers a paid program outside this website, you will receive the confirmed price, currency, schedule, format, start date, included services, cancellation conditions and refund rules before you accept and pay. Those written conditions form part of the specific enrolment agreement.
If you have already paid separately
Send your name, program, payment date and a non-sensitive proof of payment to contact@amranyacademy.com. Do not email full card details. The academy will review the request under the written terms supplied at enrolment and any mandatory rights provided by applicable Moroccan consumer law. A mandatory right cannot be removed by this policy.
Future online payments
This policy and the checkout information must be revised before online payment is activated. The revised version will explain the payment provider, withdrawal or cancellation process, applicable exceptions, refund method and processing timeframe.
